For Gino Bello, real estate was never just a career choice, it was a calling.

Long before he ever sold his first home, Gino knew two things about himself: he had a deep passion for real estate and a desire to build something of his own. That conviction eventually led him to leave a successful position in accounting at KPMG to pursue a career where his drive, competitive spirit, and commitment to people could truly make an impact.

At just 25 years old, Gino entered the real estate industry knowing that nearly 92% of agents fail within their first few years. Instead of being discouraged, he embraced the challenge.

“I’ve always believed that if your heart isn’t in something, you simply can’t do it,” Gino says. “And my heart was fully in this.”

Two weeks after receiving his real estate license, Gino ordered a license plate that read “TOP REALTOR.” Some people laughed at the time, but for him it was never about ego—it was about accountability. It was a daily reminder of the standard he intended to hold himself to.

More than two decades later, that early vision has become reality.

Today, Gino is recognized as one of the top real estate professionals in Westchester County, having successfully guided clients through the purchase and sale of more than 1,800 homes. His business has grown largely through referrals and repeat clients who value his honesty, market expertise, and straightforward approach.

Alongside his childhood best friend from the Bronx, Gerry Magnarelli, Gino built a highly successful team-based business from the ground up. Together they created a culture built on integrity, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to their clients.

For Gino, real estate has never been about transactions, it’s about trust.

“I always remind myself that the homes we sell are where people build their lives,” he explains. “When someone chooses you to represent them in that process, it’s a responsibility you have to take seriously.”

That mindset has earned him a reputation as a professional who is not only highly knowledgeable, but also deeply committed to doing what is right for the people he represents.

“I sleep well at night because I know the client always comes first,” he says. “It’s never about the commission. It’s about making sure the people who trust you feel confident and protected throughout the process.”

A proud Bronx native, Gino carries the work ethic and values he grew up with into every aspect of his business. He attended Fordham University, where he met his wife, his college sweetheart. Family remains the foundation of everything he does especially while raising three children.

“Every decision I make, I ask myself what my family would think,” he says. “If it wouldn’t make them proud, it’s not the right decision.”

Helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership is something Gino never takes for granted. In a business filled with emotional and life-changing decisions, he believes that integrity and transparency are what truly set professionals apart.

“There will always be challenges in real estate,” he says. “But doing the right thing for people — that’s what matters most.”

After more than twenty years in the industry, Gino still approaches every opportunity with the same passion he had when he first started.

Because for him, this was never just a job.

It’s the only thing he ever wanted to do.
